TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Detroit, Michigan

Description:

The CSR will be handling inbound calls in a call center environment, as well as speaking with customers face-to-face who walk into the office to get information and apply for homes being auctioned off. The CSR will take inbound calls between 50-100 calls per day from customers that have questions about properties posted on the website. CSR's may be required to transfer calls if the call needs to be routed to a different department, which is the only example of an outbound call that this CSR will be required to make. Faith Based Organizations or Non-Profits may call in as well requesting information about joining the community partnership program. CSR's are expected to learn about the community partnership programs that are offered and provide that information to customers calling in. CSR's may also provide assistance either over the phone or to walk-ins if customers are having issues with website navigation.
