Job Description:
Security Camera Installation Technician
Duration: 7 Weeks
Overview:
Our Client is seeking a skilled Technician to backfill for a critical 7-week Security Camera installation project in public schools within the Detroit area. This role involves the proficient handling of CAT6 cabling and the proper installation of security cameras.
Responsibilities:
Pulling and terminating CAT6 cables with precision.
Running pathways properly in public school environments.
Installing and configuring security cameras throughout the school premises.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and school regulations.
Documenting installation processes and troubleshooting steps.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in security system installation, particularly CCTV.
Experience with access control systems.
Strong background in cabling and video systems.
Familiarity with alarm systems and cable installations.
Great communication skills, hard-working, and diligent with time management.
Mechanically inclined and capable of handling physical installation tasks.
