Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and finished products
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and availability
Implement and maintain an efficient logistics and distribution network
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and best practices in supply chain management
The essential functions of this role include:
