Job Posting Description Clean Tech is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers opportunities for advancement. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Dundee, MI Pay: $25 /hr Shift: 3-2-2-3 schedule; 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off Days: 7am-7:30pm Nights: 7pm-7:30am Whats in it for you: Direct Hire: Join our team on a permanent basis. All Sundays are Double Time What youll be doing: Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician: No Education required Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience.
