All Sundays are Double Time As a Senior Machine Operator, you will: Operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner Monitor & troubleshoot equipment, making adjustments & basic repairs Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin Resolve machinery and quality problems in the production area Coordinate & prioritize Machine Operator daily work assignments on the line, as well as provide on-the-job training to new Operators To be a Senior Machine Operator, youll need: HS/GED, preferred Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing production experience Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, including team/peer leader Great social and interpersonal skills to relate with and motivate people Solid work history, i.e. longevity in previous positions Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift Ability to lift & carry up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis Ability to climb ladders (10 ft.) to operate equipment Clean Tech is an Equal Opportunity Employer In order to process your job application, Clean Tech Recycling collects and stores the personal information that you submit via this website.
