IDR is seeking a Software Engineer for one of our top healthcare clients in Rochester, MN. This is a 1-year remote contract role. Position Overview/Responsibilities for Software Engineer: * Automation Development & Implementation Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and AI/GenAI to enhance operational efficiency. * AI Integration Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Machine Learning (ML) to improve automation and decision-making processes. * System Integration & Deployment Develop and maintain automation workflows, integrating with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems while ensuring security and compliance. * Support & Optimization Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for existing and new automation solutions. Required Skills for Software Engineer: * 5+ years of experience in automation development using low-code/no-code platforms, AI tools, and scripting languages. * Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Copilot Studio, including AI-powered automation and workflow management. * Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, C++, or similar high-level languages. * Experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like ADO, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
