Responsibilities:

· Execute the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in multifamily residential properties according to industry standards and company guidelines.

· Proficiently handle and install a variety of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.

· Interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics to ensure accurate and precise installations.

· Conduct thorough quality checks on installations to ensure they meet company standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations.

· Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

· Effectively communicate with project managers, fellow team members, and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure smooth project progression.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during installations, demonstrating resourcefulness and expertise.

· Collaborate with other team members, including technicians, apprentices, and support staff, to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications:

· Possess a valid HVAC journeyman license in the state of Utah.

· Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system installations, with a focus on multifamily residential properties.

· Hold relevant certifications such as EPA 608 certification and any additional certifications related to HVAC installations.

· Proficient in using hand and power tools, and a strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and their functions.

· Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.

· Consistent track record of reliability and punctuality.
