CENTRAL TEXAS RURAL Transit District Customer Service Representative (Early) in Early, Texas
City and Rural Rides is accepting applications for a full-time Customer Service Representative to work at our Early Office.
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative will serve as support staff to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation of the transitsystem. The Customer Service Representative will assist the administration personnel with billing and reporting requirements, working primarily with customers including answering telephones, booking trip reservations, responding to inquiries from customers, and assisting with reportingrequirements regarding statistical data.
Work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondaythrough Friday, with a rotating lunch schedule.
Entry level wage is $13.00 per hour, time and for over 40 hours per week
