Our main goal is to provide our customers with top notch service while maintaining our ever growing business. Duties - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service department - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Schedule and assign work to service technicians - Monitor and track service orders to ensure timely completion - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations - Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and warranty work - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive service technology
Qualifications - Previous experience in a dealership or service environment is required - Strong knowledge of service, including oil changes, diesel engine repair, hydraulics, electrical diagrams, etc. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
