Description We are on the lookout for a Help Desk Analyst to become a part of our dynamic team. The workplace is located in the heart of EAST HARTFORD, Connecticut, United States, within the thriving industry of IT support. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where the chosen candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks including Android Development, handling Cisco and Citrix Technologies, and managing Mac computers, among other responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance for Android Development and handle any related issues
• Operate and troubleshoot Cisco Technologies to ensure smooth operations
• Manage and resolve issues related to Citrix Technologies
• Ensure the efficient functioning of Mac Computers and Apple devices
• Oversee Configuration Management to maintain system consistency
• Handle deployments efficiently to ensure uninterrupted service
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Requirements • Applicant must have at least one year of experience as a Help Desk Analyst.
• Proficiency in Android Development is required.
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is a must.
• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is expected.
• Ability to work with Mac Computers is necessary.
• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices is required.
• Experience in Configuration Management is expected.
