Description We are offering a position in East Rutherford, New Jersey, in the retail industry. The role involves working on-site as an Accounts Payable Clerk, playing a crucial role in maintaining and processing financial information. Responsibilities:
• Uploading approved estimates in the operational planning and control system (OPC system)
• Entering vendor invoices into the OPC in accordance with project details from Basware
• Saving copies of all invoices from Basware to project folders
• Reconciling vendor statements to ensure accuracy
• Following up with Accounts Payable regarding invoice payments
Skills required for this role include proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP), Excel Formulas, and the ability to efficiently enter vendor invoices. This role offers a contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures
