BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST EDEN PRAIRIE, MN. Responsible for gathering, interpreting, and analyzing large amounts of data and turning it into information that produces actionable outcomes. Duties include: prepare summaries to ensure outcome of analyses are packaged in clear and concise manner; develop broad understanding of customer experience, business-to-business model, products, market and emerging business priorities and capabilities and utilize data intelligence to support achievement of objectives; track/analyze full view of customers across all touch points; identify customer needs and pain points for process improvement; and, assist in developing multi-source data architecture and analytics procedures to ensure single source of truth across enterprise. Reqs. Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or closely related technical field plus 2 years experience in financial analysis, data analytics or business intelligence role. Experience must include: building and maintaining Power BI or similar tool datasets and reports; using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets; Agile methodology; Azure Dev Ops or Jira; and, basic six sigma or continuous improvement methodology.
