This role is part of the Pharma Marketing Team that supports a rapidly evolving business focused on providing innovative insights and actions to help manufacturers bring treatments to market and drive effective patient outcomes. Because business needs are constantly evolving, this role is responsible for creating compelling content that will be utilized across numerous digital channels to drive brand awareness, event attendance and attention, and customer growth. The person in this role will be part of a marketing organization that has a history of driving high levels of engagement, belonging, commitment, and growth and development among employees. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Integrated Marketing in executing compelling B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and growth for the business

  • Create and manage engaging content for integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, including for various digital channels such as web pages, blog posts, social media, microsites, webinars, email newsletters and campaigns

  • Support the planning and execution of digital advertising programs

  • Support events as needed, including digital campaigns that promote attendance and share highlights

  • Evaluate and support third party media opportunities to target specific audiences of interest

  • Support other ongoing and ad hoc integrated marketing activities as needed

  • Maintain and/or develop dashboards, summaries, and presentations to measure and share marketing results

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, business leaders, SMEs, and other stakeholders to execute marketing strategies effectively, including copywriters, graphic designers, and other cross-functional marketing partners to produce high quality content

  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output of marketing materials

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, including developing and executing content for web pages, social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and other digital marketing channels

  • Experience working in and engaging with stakeholders in a matrixed, fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Solid personal communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across a broad range of disciplines, interests, and organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on project requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, including leader and legal reviews

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to shift projects and strategies to meet the changing landscape

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in the health care industry, pharmaceutical industry, or PBM

  • 3+ years of experience creating marketing content and/or campaigns for pharma manufacturers

  • 1+ years of experience working with Marketo for digital campaigns

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
