Machine Operator / Technician Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including aerosol filling machines, conveyors, mixers, and packaging systems - Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, lubrications, and adjustments according to established schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and maintain optimal performance - Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify the root cause of problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components - Operate blending equipment and make adjustments to ensure quality of the blending process - Follow work order instructions to weigh and combine raw ingredients in accurate amounts - Work hand-in-hand with the quality department to ensure the blend and cleaning samples used are tested and recorded within the specified timeframe to ensure smooth transition of the workflow ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Basic math skills with ability to estimate quantities ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: madison@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/756246 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
