A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This position provides support for the development of NAS documentation involving System Support Modification (SSM), System Technical Release (STR), System Documentation Release (SDR) and the updating of Maintenance Handbooks and Technical Instruction Books. This includes editing, composition, verification of approval signatures, printing, distribution mailing, release cycle and web preparation.Essential Job Functions:Develop, write and edit technical material for reports, manuals, instruction books and related technical and administrative publications related to work methods and procedures.Edit, standardize or make changes to material prepared by other writers.Maintain databases, spreadsheets and other tracking systems as required.Other job functions may need to be performed and would be according to other duties as stated in the Terminal Field Operational Support Statement of Work.Cubicle settingKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Possess knowledge and experience of FAA documentation formats, conventions and terms that are used for the production of system support directives, handbooks, notices and other documentation required to support the NAS and NAS supporting systems.Education:High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 8 years related experience ORAssociates degree with a minimum of 6 years related experience ORBachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years related experience.Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required.
