Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Job Description
This is a swing shift position, Monday to Friday, starting at 6 AM. The Electronic Assembler will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic assemblies to meet specified tolerances and product specifications. The role requires identifying units that fail tests or tolerance levels and making necessary repairs. The position relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Successful candidates will be self-starters, reliable, flexible, and capable of working both independently and under direct supervision.
Responsibilities
Assemble inverters according to assembly instructions while adhering to high quality practices.
Perform duties including soldering capacitors, modifying boards, assembling hardware, hi-pot testing of assemblies, and setting frequencies.
Mix and pour epoxy to pot electronic assemblies.
Accurately report lot codes and frequency settings.
Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair them as necessary.
Maintain the cleanliness of the shop.
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Essential Skills
Experience in electrical assembly (1-2 years).
Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics.
Proficiency in soldering and modifying electronic boards.
Familiarity with hi-pot testing and setting frequencies.
Attention to detail for accurately reporting lot codes and frequency settings.

This position is in a clean warehouse setting. The current shift starts at 6 AM, with no overtime required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
