Job Summary

As a Client Account Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with the Account Manager to maintain seamless communication with client accounts. Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day administrative support and ensuring timely updates to clients post-order placement. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting follow-ups with clients after sales completion to ensure their satisfaction with the product or service. Acting as the primary liaison for clients regarding purchases, you'll also engage with vendors to track orders and obtain estimated arrival times. Success in this role will require strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across various teams, vendors, and clients simultaneously. As the Client Account Coordinator, you'll oversee daily sales operations and contribute innovative ideas to enhance client relations.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Create and Document all opportunities and notes in our CRM
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for sales related onsite visits
  • Report weekly on status of opportunities
  • Follow up calls to clients regarding open quotes
  • Follow up calls to vendors regarding pending items and/or quotes
  • Create quotes/configuration with our vendor tools
  • Send out quotes and documents via electronic signature program
  • Suggest appropriate products and services to meet Client needs and budget
  • Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, client referrals, and email activity
  • Communicate with clients on order status and changes in the delivery schedule
  • Generate after sales thank you notes to clients
  • Identify and resolve Client satisfaction issues regarding their purchases or service
  • Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all departments
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics
  • Help prepare reports, close-out, and required paperwork
  • Follow up with clients and/or research when there are possible opportunities
Qualifications and Required Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with Account Coordinator, Client Service or Sales Executive work
  • Able to follow procedures
  • Able to work under pressure with multiple tasks/projects/deadlines
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 40-60 wpm
