HG Arias & Associates LP Production Supervisor (Machine Operators) in El Paso, Texas
Filler supervisor (Machine Operators) -
working hours from 3 pm to midnight Monday through Saturday (Sunday off).
Managing the Filler staff who work under him/her and also attending to different tasks so as to make sure that goods are properly elaborated.
Monitor and oversee Filler activities to make sure that elaborated product meets customer and legal requirements.
Follow production schedule to determinate priorities.
Maintain a team work environment, working as a leader.
Review production reports and implement actions to improve productivity and comply with production standards.
Notify QA in the case of defects on products
Responsible for computer transactions - acknowledge production quantities
Identify opportunities for enhancement and suggest ways of improvement to top management of the organization
May participate in hiring and training of new personnel for the companys
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must possess good interpersonal skills so as to be able to get along with fellow members of staff
- Must possess good leadership and supervisory abilities
- Must be willing and able to work as part of a team
- Possess good organizational and coordinating abilities
- Must be able to multi-task and place priorities in an orderly manner
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a Food industry in a supervisory role
- Willing to work overtime and on Sundays
- Bilingual English-Spanish
