Job Summary

This position is responsible for receiving raw materials or finished products and warehousing of receipts, as well as picking and shipping customer orders and maintaining inventory integrity through physical inventories. May also be responsible for plant services.

Job Details/Responsibilities

  1. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

  2. Load and unload freight.

  3. Receive product, verify accuracy, and warehouse to assigned location.

  4. Accurately select products in accordance with customer order specifications.

  5. Pack and ship orders in a cost-effective manner.

  6. Participate in all physical inventories, adhering to and following written procedures to ensure inventory integrity.

  7. Assist production with supplying or removing cartons, pallets, chemical drums, removing hazardous waste, removing trash, etc. Assist others in facility, as needed.

  8. Operate fork truck, forklift hand truck, shrink wrapper, etc. as needed.

  9. Compact recycling materials as needed.

  10. Drive the Company truck, both local and long distance, if required.

  11. Train new hires in the area of product selection, forklift driving, and standard warehousing procedures.

  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Background Experiences

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of related experience in a warehouse environment. Basic computer software skills, i.e. Microsoft Office. Valid drivers license and minimum of one year of driving experience, based on site responsibilities. Experience operating fork truck.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay for this position is $19.50 per hour. Time and a half for hours worked over 40.

  • 80 hours pro-rated vacation and 40 hours sick time offered

The annualized base salary range for this role is $25.09 to $25.09. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
