Job Title: Environmental Test Technician
Job Description
Join our team as an Environmental Test Technician and perform vital third-party EPA air emissions testing and monitoring primarily at industrial or manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include transporting and setting up testing equipment, recording data, collecting samples, calibrating equipment, and assisting engineers in air quality testing procedures. Adhere to environmental, health, and safety protocols, organize and maintain testing equipment, and obtain necessary EPA certifications. Work involves varying travel and outdoor fieldwork in diverse industrial settings.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position that requires out-of-state travelling.
Work Environment
Fieldwork primarily at industrial sites such as power plants, steel mills, and refineries. Tasks involve setting up tests at heights and working in varying weather conditions. Expect 8-10+ hour days in the field and 8-hour days in the warehouse. Team sizes vary from 3 to 20 members. Dress code includes jeans, long-sleeve t-shirts, boots, and appropriate seasonal outerwear. Travel varies weekly, with occasional weekend work. In inclement weather or off-peak seasons, work continues in the warehouse or home office.
