Description
Our client is a leading manufacturing company dedicated to the highest level of service and production. They are seeking an experienced, personable, and professional Customer Service Representative to join their team at their Emmaus, PA location.
Responsibilities:
Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and document all customer interactions.
Establish and maintain effective relationship with customers via phone, email, chat, etc.
Handle customer service complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
Attend team meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
