Manufacturing Project Manager
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute critical manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans that support long-term business goals.
Operational Efficiency : Identify and implement cost-effective solutions that enhance operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Effective Communication : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management : Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Team Development : Foster a collaborative environment and mentor team members to develop their project management skills.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering field, post grad preferred
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
Over 10 years of experience leading complex manufacturing projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $160,000
