Manufacturing Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Denver, CO. This role is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker and operational expert who thrives on complex challenges and excels in leading teams to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute critical manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Strategic Planning : Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans that support long-term business goals.

  • Operational Efficiency : Identify and implement cost-effective solutions that enhance operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Effective Communication : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Risk Management : Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Team Development : Foster a collaborative environment and mentor team members to develop their project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering field, post grad preferred

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.

  • Over 10 years of experience leading complex manufacturing projects.

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $160,000
