ENTRUST Solutions Group Telecommunications Field Supervisor in Englewood, Colorado

This position requires travel to work at client site**

What You’ll Do:

The supervisor will act as the field point of contact for questions or concerns from city staff or co-workers with less experience. On occasion, the supervisor may lead large and detailed Fielding projects for new clients or new projects with our existing client base. Will perform quality control checks on field techs and field assistants and assist the Field Manager with other tasks.

A typical day may include the following:

  • Interact professionally with clients, property owners, contractors, and developers as needed.

  • Traverse terrain that can be at times difficult to access and/or in remote areas.

  • Interpret and understand field sheet notes, schematics, maps, and drawings, shape files, etc.

  • Produce routine and project specific correspondence in a neat, timely, and legible manner.

  • Track production, and equipment on assigned projects,

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (2-year degree preferred).

  • 2 years of previous experience in telecommunications and/or electrical utilities and familiarity with easements and right-of-ways

  • Strong Critical Thinking skills and Attention to Detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communications.

  • Proficient with Technology especially with Windows and Microsoft Office products and routine office equipment.

  • Must be able to travel via airline and operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.

  • Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $30.00 and $36.00 per hour and is a non-exempt position.

  • Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

  • Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

  • May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
