FEDERATION OF STATE MEDICAL Administrative Project Coordinator in EULESS, Texas

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to department leads and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.

  • Maintain and update project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and managing project timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to database management.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project manager, executive administrative assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience in working with datasets and/or database management.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years working in a project coordinator, executive administrative assistant, or similar role.
