Need 10 Ag Equipment Operators to work in Evansville, MN and in Mapleton, ND. From: 03/15/2025 - 12/31/2025 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon - Sat 8hrs./day 7:30am - 4:30pm Wage Offer $872.00 Per Week The employer will ensure that workers are paid for all hours worked during the entire contract at least at the current AEWR, which in Minnesota is $18.15/hour Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year. Must Apply By:08/08/2025 Job Duties: Set, operate and maintain all farming equipment to plant, cultivate, harvest all crop. All other maintenance and related duties pertaining to crop farming such as picking up rocks, applying fertilizers and chemicals, basic building or equipment repairs. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 months of experience is required; 70%grain related duties, 30% maintenance related duties. Must be able to obtain a class D driver's license within 30 days of hire. Able to lift 100 lbs. Repetitive movements are required. Employer Assurances: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
