Adecco US, Inc. Associate Director of Nursing in Everett, Washington
We are seeking a Associate Director of Nursing for our prestigious Skilled Nursing facility in Everett, WA.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No On-Call!
Earn up to $140,000 annually!
Qualifications:
Unencumbered Washington RN license - BSN License.
2+ years of experience as an RN
2+ years of experience in an SNF
2+ years of supervisory experience
What you'll do:
This position develops and implements nursing services, objectives, and policies, and procedures in accordance with Federal and State regulations as well as local standards and guidelines.
Designs, implements and evaluates nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintain and promote resident rights.
Support DON and Administrator in ensuring quality care of all residents.
The ADON is responsible for surveillance, maintaining records, data collection, and assessment, evaluation of Incident Reports, reporting to Safety Committee, Infection Control Committee, and Quality Assessment/Assurance Committee.
