- Payrate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday -- Friday, 6:00 AM -- 3:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Welders perform important hands-on manufacturing activities to ensure product quality meets customers' specified requirements. This includes to customer specifications and certified welding codes in response to customer orders. In this regard, Welders help ensure the effective implementation of Quality System processes & procedures to prevent non-conforming product from being sent to customers.What will you be doing?
- Execute assignments per Job Travelers and customer-provided technical documents.
- Develop & master, as required, TIG, MIG, stick and carbon welding skills & knowledge.
- Consult with management to provide subject-matter hands-on expertise in response to customer inquiries and requests.
- Master the knowledge of all tooling and expendable supplies used for welding, permanent or disposable, to maintain adequate inventories that maintain welding capabilities.
- Ensure products meet customer's specified requirements.
- Other work-area-specific and/or general company duties, as assigned. Possibly general labor or helping with deliveries.
- Select TIG, MIG, stick, and carbon welding equipment with aluminum wire and
- various blends of mild steel wire and flux core wire to do a weld job to specification.
- Setup and Operate Robotic Arc Welders
- Read blueprints, drawings, and Job Travelers.
- Set-up and operate welding equipment.
- Inspect all stages of welding designated per technical drawing specifications.
- Read & understand all gage dials, readouts, etc. associated with welding.
- Count parts produced during a work shift and record quantities produced.
- Ensure accurate records are kept (timecards, time per operation, QA Inspection Reports, and revisions suggested for Methods of Manufacturing [MOMs])
- Run more than one operation at a time as required (for example, oven(s) and welder)
- Perform all work in a safe & responsible manner.
- Operate crane to position workload.
