Job Title: Management Analyst, Journeyman
Job Description:
This position will provide support to Air Force Sustainment Center/Logistics Division (AFSC/LG) by managing an executive calendar and providing general administrative support. This position will directly support GS-14 and GS-15 government personnel, and coordinate with other Administrative Assistants for calendar scheduling.
Additionally, the individual in this role will manage a workcenter-s workflow through their Task Management Tool (TMT) system, which will include routing, assigning, and reviewing taskers for leadership approval. Will apply knowledge of office management, methods and procedures as well as be responsible for managing the flow within in the TMT system.
Additional administrative actions will be required on occasion, to include administrative support for memorandums of agreement (editing, filing, etc.), administratively review draft documents and presentations, as well as post and manage content on the AFSC/LG SharePoint site.
Required Skills/Education:
Minimum of seven years of related administrative experience.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Must be proficient in SharePoint, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar management.
Shall have experience with workflow management tools, like TMT or SOCCER.
Education: High School or GED Equivalent

Security Clearance Required: Must have current NAC or capability to be granted one
