BUCKS COUNTY TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania

Perform general maintenance in various assignments in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, support HVAC mechanic and other related maintenance activities. Maintain the appearance of BCTHS campus by performing overall grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, salting, snow removal, and related duties.
- Previous experience in maintenance/groundskeeping a plus
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing throughout the day. May also require use of personal protective equipment [PPE]
- Capacity to work outdoors in all seasons
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- PA Certified Pesticide License, or the ability to obtain
- Understanding and working knowledge of Computer Systems; Google Suite
