The Griff Network, located in Fallsington, PA is looking for a Full-Time Manufacturing Quality Control Technician

Position: Quality Control Technician

Department: Quality Control

Reports To: Lab Manager / Quality Control Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled QC Technician to join our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting  Quality & Safety Training on a monthly basis

  • Review all (COA’s)  Certificates of Analysis for accuracy prior to releasing product for shipping

  • Inspect  outgoing shipments for accuracy

  • Inspect incoming raw material according to standard operating procedures

  • Conduct tests on the release properties of silicone-coated papers and films.

  • Test the properties of various poly films, natural kraft, and bleached papers.

  • Perform peel, burst, and adhesion tests on adhesive-coated substrates.

  • Evaluate the capabilities of adhesives and release liners.

  • Record and analyze test results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test procedures and results.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Control and Operation Teams to improve product quality and performance.

    Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ISO:9001 or equivalent quality management system.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with testing procedures for papers, films, and adhesives.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.

  • Proficient in both Microsoft Office and Google.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move laboratory equipment and materials as needed.

  • Standing for extended periods while conducting tests.
