Aerotek Production Associate in Farmington, Minnesota
Position: Cleanroom Production Associate (Temp-to-hire)
Available Openings:
1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ( Monday through Friday )
1st Shift Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour ( paid weekly )
2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM ( Monday through Thursday )
2nd Shift Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour ( paid weekly )
Job Description:
- Work in a cleanroom to make materials and assemblies following drawings and specifications. Follow cleanliness rules and use special equipment.
Responsibilities:
Sew heavy canvas using industrial sewing machines.
Read measurements and cut materials.
Understand shop prints and ISO documentation.
Document activities accurately.
Wear cleanroom attire (bonnet, smock, booties, veil, beard guard, gloves).
Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have:
Good English skills to be effectively trained.
6+ months of manufacturing experience.
Willingness to learn
Ability to read a ruler and blueprints.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred:
Sewing experience
Cleanroom experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
