- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
Pay: $26 - $29 per hour

Quality Lab Technician Responsibilities:
- Ensure products meet Bill of Materials (BOM) specifications through daily testing of raw materials, production batches, and finished products.
- Calculate batch adjustments and collaborate with R&D and Regulatory teams for process improvements.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment, conduct audits, and summarize data for management review.
- Perform ATP testing for micro-sensitive products, ensuring compliance with Hygienic Manufacturing Guidelines.
- Support waste minimization, environmental compliance, and timely disposition of returns and discrepant products.
- Prepare and review customer Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and raw material COAs.
- Train plant personnel on lab equipment, procedures, and standardization.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Corrective/Preventive Action, and Cost-saving Analysis using SPC methods.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001/14001 standards and perform scheduled audits.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and adjust shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Chemistry or a related science with a minor in Chemistry (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Control environment within a GMP regulated facility.
- Experience with IR, UV/VIS, HPLC, and GC instruments.
- Ability to stand for periods of up to 4 hours, perform repetitive bending and stretching, and lift up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Employee must adhere to PPE policies and procedures.
