Nationwide IT Services NIS, is seeking a SharePoint Developer to serve as a Tier III helpdesk support element for the USAMRAA operational community, providing technical, functional, and SharePoint development support for USAMRAA’s web-based systems/applications in SharePoint.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The SharePoint Developer will:

  • Provide support for USAMRAA’s web-based systems (SharePoint) to the USAMRAA operational community in both a technical and functional capacity. This includes the development, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues reported by USAMRAA end users that occur within USAMRAA’s web-based systems (SharePoint).

  • Development of USAMRAA’s web-based systems in SharePoint

  • Troubleshooting issues with web-based systems reported by USAMRAA end users.

  • Translation of customer goals and behaviors into defined business processes

  • Implementation of defined business processes as features within USAMRAA’s web-based systems

  • Development of systems documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

  • Overall maintenance and upkeep of USAMRAA’s web-based systems

  • Ensuring USAMRAA’s web-based systems meet all security and federal accessibility requirements.

  • Coordinate with USAMRAA personnel to develop and maintain web-based content.

  • Coordinate with the Helpdesk Manager to develop and maintain a web design and development plan.

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks of varying priorities.

  • Strong verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to produce and maintain technical documentation.

  • Ability to work well with others.

  • Proficiency with SharePoint (Designer/InfoPath),

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, .NET/C#, HTML, CSS, C#,

  • Experience with UX, web design and development, and development of customer requirements.

  • Utilizes a wide range of skills to develop and maintain USAMRAA’s web-based systems including, but not limited to SharePoint (Designer/InfoPath), SQL scripting, UX/UI (design best practices), HTML/CSS, JavaScript, NET/C#, third-party tools (SharePoint)

  • Functions as a Tier III helpdesk support element in support of USAMRAA end users and collaborates with external organizations to resolve both technical and functional issues with USAMRAA’s web-based systems (MRMC, NEC, DHA, etc.).

    Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with web administration/development including, but not limited to, JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, and User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint administration and content management.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer support.

  • Collaborate with organization personnel to conduct requirements analysis and develop project plans that translate business processes into web-based solutions.

  • Optimize the delivery support services and improve organization business processes via the utilization of DHA Enterprise Services such as the MED365 Environment, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint Online, to enhance user experience, etc.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including, but not limited to, the development of automated business solutions to increase the ease and efficiency of mission-critical workflows, forms, document management, or business intelligence/reporting.

    Certifications:

    Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint Online, PowerShell
