Responsibilities:
Prepares and performs a variety of assembly duties as per work instructions
Preps molds for the loading in ovens and presses.
Touches up manufactured parts to meet industry standards.
Check all work and ensure a defective free assembly prior to quality inspection.
Maintains and prepares materials for log tickets.
Maintains all tools, molds, fixtures and production equipment in the Composite Assembly area.
Follows company workmanship and quality standards.
Other assigned tasks by management.
Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with working with small parts and have an eye for detail.
Skilled in interpreting work instructions.
Must be able to lift and push up to 25 lbs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively as a team.
