Landscape Architecture Administrative Assistant

KEITH is seeking a candidate with proven organizational skills, good communication skills (both written and verbal), intermediate computer skills, ability to create and track documents, and ability to work well as a team with other people. Familiarity with landscape projects and/or FDOT processes is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Inputs Permits and FM projects in Collaborate Tool; Collects items for MMOA contract assembly and maintains up-to-date

• Assist DLA/OLM with invoice content reviews and file management 

• Assist with preparing Outdoor Advertising (ODA) Clear Letters and Designated View Zones (DVZ)

• Assist with Wildflower program responsibilities; including collecting quotes, tracking seed usage and inspections

• Assist with preparing Task Work Orders {TWO) and Letters of Authorization (LOA) for supervisor 

• Assist in filing emailed invoices and inspection reports

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in computer skills, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Professional, customer service attitude and appearance.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, while maintaining attention to detail.
