Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on the installation, configuration, and training of our SaaS products at
automobile dealerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in software
deployment, customer training, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth
transition for our clients.
Responsibilities:
? Install and configure SaaS products at automobile dealership locations.
? Ensure all systems are operational and meet client requirements.
? Conduct comprehensive training sessions for dealership staff on the use of our SaaS products.
? Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the initial implementation phase.
? Act as the primary point of contact for dealerships during the installation and training process.
? Gather client feedback and relay it to the product development team for continuous
improvement.
? Create and update training materials, user guides, and support documentation.
? Maintain detailed records of installations and training sessions.
Qualifications & Preferred Attributes:
? 3+ years of experience in software implementation, training, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
? Proficient in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
? Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud computing concepts.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Willingness to travel to various dealership locations as required.
? Preferred: Experience with automotive dealership management systems
? Preferred: Knowledge of industry-specific software solutions and integrations.
Job Details:
? Job Types: Full-Time
? Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
? Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off, Bonus pay
? Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
? Work Location: In-person with a reliable commute or planned relocation to Fort Lee, NJ 07024
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
