Role reports to: Director, Global Case Management

Location: Fort Washington, PA

Travel %: 5%

Pay: $166,000 - $225,000

What you will do

The Associate Director, Global Case Management is responsible for Support management of case receipt, case processing, and safety reporting functions and represents Kenvue Medical Safety (KMS) in end-to-end case management activities. Provide functional oversight of case management activities performed at contracted vendor organizations. Liaise with staff in KMS, across various functions within the business as well as across other sectors to facilitate compliant, timely and efficient end to end case management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for oversight of vendor staff involved in case processing and safety reporting. Manages vendor relationship and resolves potential issues

  • Expertise in operation activities including case processing (or other functional expertise). Provides subject matter expertise in PV and global AE regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Participate in cross-functional governance teams to ensure alignment of priorities among key business stakeholders

  • Develop corrective and preventative actions to address non-conformances.

  • Collaborate with internal KMS personnel and other Kenvue departments to clarify procedures and develop unified consistent processes

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Experince managing vendor relationships and resolving potential issues.

  • Experience Overseeing and supporting vendor (external) in daily activities to ensure timeliness of adverse event reporting and to resolve potential issues.

  • Healthcare Professional background with a minimum of 8 years of experience in PV or related industry activities.

  • Practical knowledge of global regulatory pharmacovigilance requirements

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $166,000 - $225,000 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
