Robert Half Director of Marketing in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania

Description

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join a software & technology solutions company in the packaging industry, located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving inbound leads, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and demand generation campaigns

  • Create and manage the budgeting and reporting infrastructure necessary for planning and measuring campaign outcomes

  • Enhance our demand generation email campaigns and nurturing streams to improve conversion rates

  • Collaborate with sales teams on targets, campaigns, scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting

  • Develop sales playbooks, templates, presentations, and other aids to support the sales team

  • Provide necessary tools, knowledge, and content to the sales team to guide sales contacts

  • Work with sales to develop a plan for industry conference participation

  • Oversee the content and effectiveness of the corporate website

  • Ensure branding standards and templates are current and well communicated.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

    Requirements

Qualification:

  • 8 years' experience, specifically in B2B demand generation

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing

  • Ability to Drive Lead Generation effectively

  • Strong grasp of contemporary Marketing Strategy development

  • Experience in Sales Enablement and its integration in marketing effort

  • Proficiency in creating and managing successful Email Campaigns

  • Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing campaigns

  • Proficiency with marketing technology and software-salesforce
