Role reports to: Head of HR, North America Operations

Location: Fort Washington, PA

Travel %: 10-15%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The HR Leader, NA Operations is a key member of the NA Operations People team and is responsible for the support and deployment of the portfolio of HR work in support of business goals and talent strategies. This role shapes and/or delivers the site HR agenda within their local responsibility and will actively support their business partners through coaching, talent management and organizational design. The role will develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact.

Specifically, this role will partner closely with the Fort Washington Site Leadership Team, as well as key Manufacturing leaders and their organizations, to advise on and implement strategic HR work in support of business goals, company goals, and HR strategies. This role will also actively support priority projects driving our NA Operations talent and culture agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring business intimacy:

  • Create and deploy the HR agenda for the business within US Manufacturing, aligned with HR, business, and shared services strategies

  • Ensure integration of HR priorities into business plans

  • Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e.g., assess effectiveness, identify gaps)

  • Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact

  • Support country specific strategic initiatives such as onboarding, DE&I plans, etc.

Driving talent agenda and building organizational capability:

  • Identify talent needs of the business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis

  • Develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and region-sector strategies to implement within country/cluster

  • Support business leaders to drive talent agenda and achieve business results

  • Partner with local and regional HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate

  • Assist with HR projects and participate in HR initiatives, including project management and ownership of key deliverables.

Promoting collaboration:

  • Partner across all segments of the HR model (HR centers of excellence, HR networks of expertise, etc), to ensure integrated solutions and seamless experiences for both HR and the business

  • Collaborate cross region on initiatives/goals that apply across the country

  • Proactively identify opportunities to partner cross region to ensure integration of efforts

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of bachelor's degree required, preferably with a degree in human resources management, business or related field

  • 8 years professional experience required; minimum of 6 years of HR experience required.

  • Experience supporting Supply Chain & Operations teams as an HR partner preferred.

  • Experience in operational implementation of HR strategies through day-to-day execution of HR activities required

  • Experience in delivery of core HR services through the employee life cycle required

  • Experience supporting and partnering across multiple sites/teams required.

  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills required.

  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically and problem solve required.

  • Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment required.

  • Ability to work independently on recurring projects required.

  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently required.

  • Influence, shaping solutions, and partnership skills are required.

  • Strong oral and written communication, project and time management skills required.

  • Strong interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills required.

  • Solid track record of developing and implementing HR projects/programs to drive change and improve organizational and leadership effectiveness required.

  • Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business is required.

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity required.

  • Experience with innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans is required.

  • Must be an enthusiastic teammate with a proven commitment to building a positive work environment.

  • Strong MS Office and related talent management technology tools skills are required.

  • This position is located in Fort Washington, PA and will require 10-15% travel.
