We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team at our Fort Worth, TX facility!
You’ll make an impact by:
Supporting fabrication production lines in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory improvements.
Conduct studies (researching, gathering, comparing, computing, and evaluating data) to determine improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, cost, and safety then plan and implement continuous improvement projects.
Develop and maintain systems associated with production processes, layouts, flow, equipment, and communications.
Work with colleagues to develop and implement great, new ideas that consist of but not limited to the development of standard work/training guidelines for new teammates.
Collaborate and work with cross functional teams such as Engineering and Finance to achieve plant goals (quality, manufacturing, materials, design, engineering, and finance).
Performing other work as advised by Supervision.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
3 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a technician role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in fabrication, lean concepts, basic shop math, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel).
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English Language.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- CAD experience and knowledge

The pay range for this position is $43,890 - $75,240. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
