Franklin Investment Corp (Franklin Industries) MANUAL MACHINIST in FRANKLIN, Pennsylvania
Franklin Industries is seeking a qualified manual machinist.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Safely operate a variety of machining equipment including: lathe, drill presses, mills, and grinding machine.
- Operate and maintain inside and outside micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Complete work orders to provide support to other departments.
- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and attachments.
- Monitors work to ensure machine is functioning properly.
Required experience/education:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 - 5 years machining experience.
- Mechanical ability, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Jib crane experience.
- Working knowledge of manual machines, and machining tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.34 - $26.01 per hour
