Responsibilities Include: * Conduct inspections and tests of materials, components, and finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications. * Analyze quality data to identify trends, defects, root causes, and improvement areas. * Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality audits and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and efficiency. * Ensure that products and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. * Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices. * Investigate and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and follow up to ensure effectiveness. * Evaluate and monitor the quality performance of suppliers and vendors. * Handle customer complaints and feedback on product quality and work to resolve issues satisfactorily. * Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, is a role model for the QA team, and exceeds API Heat Transfer\'s essential performance standards by adhering to its employee guidelines. * Coordinates the work of the...
