Job Title: Project Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Engineer with a degree in construction management and ideally some commercial experience. This role involves working on a diverse range of projects, including hospital and medical work, medical office buildings, and museums. Our projects range from new construction (10-25 million project cost) to smaller tenant improvement jobs ($100K jobs on pharmacies).
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee project construction from start to finish.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality control.
Interpret, write, and process construction documents.
Ensure project closeout procedures are followed effectively.
Communicate professionally with owners, customers, and team members.
Adapt to various tasks and assist with different responsibilities as needed.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in construction management.
0-2 years of experience in project engineering or construction management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in commercial construction projects.
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage project documentation.
Understanding of quality control processes and project closeout procedures.

We offer flexible work schedules from 7 AM- 3:30 PM or 6 AM - 2:30 PM, with a typical work week of 40-45 hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
