Insight Global Sales Support Agent in Freehold, New Jersey
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking 2-3 highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Sales Support Agent to work 30-40 hours per week over the next 6 months to support the AEP period. In this role, youll play a crucial part in ensuring excellent customer service and supporting our sales efforts. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with clients, Renewing policies, understanding their specific insurance requirements, and providing tailored solutions. By building strong relationships, youll contribute to business growth and enhance our reputation in the market.
Compensation:
$18/hr to $23/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in sales, customer service, or Administrative support.
Experience with working in a high volume environments
Must have an active health insurance license in the state of New Jersey null
