Aerotek Quality Assurnace Technician in Fresno, California
Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician 3rd shift 9pm-5am
Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of our products by conducting and recording pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment and facility.
You will perform Brix & pH tests on products, record results, calibrate and clean pH meters as necessary, and verify traceability information.
You will also be responsible for observing production and warehouse crews for compliance with GMP/SOP, ensuring allergen SOP is observed, and conducting ATP swabbing to validate sanitation.
Hard Skills
Conducting and recording Pre-Op and Post-Op inspections
Conducting Brix & pH tests
Calibrating & cleaning pH meters
Identifying and storing product retains
Verifying traceability information
Placing out-of-spec product on Quality Hold
Observing GMP / SOP compliance
Ensuring allergen SOP is observed
Conducting ATP swabbing to validate sanitation
Collating production records for next-day HACCP review
