We are looking for a Director to lead our Emerging Brands portfolio. In this role you will have the opportunity to shape and build how KDP expands its portfolio to participate in additional and/or emerging categories to achieve our vision of a beverage for every need. This is a newly created role and reports to the SVP Brand Marketing and General Manager.

What You’ll Do:

As a Director overseeing emerging brands, you will have a hands-on entrepreneurial approach. You will have the ability to wear many different hats, flex from strategic to tactical, and operate resourcefully within an undefined environment. You will put the consumer at the heart of everything you do, and lead with a General Management mindset.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape how KDP participates in portfolio expansion opportunities from strategic assessment to tactical implementation and in market tracking/diagnostics.

  • Establish the growth objectives and success criteria by leveraging consumer insights, category and consumer trends, and your deep understanding of the competitive space and the retail environment.

  • Lead cross functional teams and external agencies from the front to launch strategies that meet business objectives and incubate brands from inception to scale remaining mindful of commercial viability.

  • Collaborate with KDP strategy, consumer insights, supply chain, and commercial teams to scope and create the business case for prioritizing emerging segments and new brand concepts.

  • Help establish how the emerging organization takes shape, operating as a hands-on leader who can flex upstream and downstream while scaling as the business creates value and resourcing needs evolve.
