Job Summary
Responsible for performing administrative support duties in a fast-paced organization supporting multiple leaders. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining document control system, scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing professional presentations, coordinating with corporate departments, and other administrative duties as requested.

Essential Job Functions:
Provide professional administrative support that includes the following major responsibilities:
Under moderate to limited supervision, compose, prepare, review and/or process documents that require some independent analysis, exercise moderate judgment and good working knowledge of company and department work procedures.
Obtain, assemble and organize data for use by department leaders as requested.
Establish and maintain structured electronic and manual filing systems using company provided software and systems.
Schedule and coordinate professional meetings as requested by department leaders.
Development of professional PowerPoint presentations that will be used in important internal and external communication.
Serve as administrative point of contact for the department and coordinate activities with other corporate departments.
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills both in written and verbal form.
Work well within a team environment and actively participate in team activities.
Use independent judgement, initiative and knowledge of department of company needs and goals in accomplishing work assignments.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduate or GED.
Experience in utilizing administrative office procedures, practices and equipment (i.e. business English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, letter writing, telephone technique) desirable.
The minimum experience necessary for this position should include a total of 3 to 4 years of related experience or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the classification of Administrative Associate.
Experience should also include varied business situations or circumstances which tend to favorably develop the job incumbent in terms of confidentiality, maturity, discretion, personal tact, judgment and initiative.
Must possess the ability to organize data and processes and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Displays good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with computers and the use of office-oriented software products.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree in Business, Communication, Accounting, Marketing, or other related field required and 3-4 years relevant work experience.
or Bachelor's degree in Business related field and 1-2 years relevant work experience.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must possess the ability to organize data and processes.
Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills both orally and in written form
