REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and three years of related experience.
J ob Description:
To educate the community on the various programs and services offered by unique UTMB departments.
Job Duties:
Design and implement cohesive outreach plans for schools and communities to include both in-person and virtual outreach opportunities.
Create and distribute marketing and educational materials, such as flyers, newsletters, presentations, implement outreach plans for UTMB TCMHCC projects.
Act as the primary contact for TCHATT outreach services.
Ensure accurate management of TCHATT outreach data in compliance with relevant Consortium policies and deadlines through the development of reports and logs to track program progress and outreach efforts.
Participate in ongoing meetings, conferences, and workshops to remain informed about program
Adhere to internal controls established for department.
Other duties as related.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in public health, education, outreach, or marketing with a solid understanding of community engagement and educational strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as necessary to achieve program goals.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
