REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and three years of related experience.

J ob Description:

To educate the community on the various programs and services offered by unique UTMB departments.

Job Duties:

  • Design and implement cohesive outreach plans for schools and communities to include both in-person and virtual outreach opportunities.

  • Create and distribute marketing and educational materials, such as flyers, newsletters, presentations, implement outreach plans for UTMB TCMHCC projects.

  • Act as the primary contact for TCHATT outreach services.

  • Ensure accurate management of TCHATT outreach data in compliance with relevant Consortium policies and deadlines through the development of reports and logs to track program progress and outreach efforts.

  • Participate in ongoing meetings, conferences, and workshops to remain informed about program

  • Adhere to internal controls established for department.

  • Other duties as related.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in public health, education, outreach, or marketing with a solid understanding of community engagement and educational strategies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as necessary to achieve program goals.

Salary Range:

Commensurate with experience.
