Description We are on the lookout for an adept Warranty & Closeout Processor to join our team in Gardena, California. As a Warranty & Closeout Processor, you will be at the forefront of our construction projects, managing warranty and closeout documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the warranty and closeout documentation process in construction projects

• Liaise with General Contractors, subcontractors, and clients to gather necessary closeout documents

• Utilize your knowledge of project life cycles to contribute to project administration and coordination

• Handle digital files efficiently using document control systems such as Procore, SharePoint, or similar

• Prepare financial closeout documentation and comprehend retention release processes and final contract reconciliation

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements

• Ensure familiarity with construction closeout checklists, submittal tracking, punch lists, and final inspections

• Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing and organizing digital files

• Exhibit a proactive approach in meeting project schedules and timelines to meet turnover deadlines

• Utilize standard office tools and software effectively to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to professionally and effectively handle client inquiries

• Demonstrated skills in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to Manage Timelines, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manage, and manipulate spreadsheets

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with experience in managing emails and scheduling appointments

• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating and editing presentations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents

• Experience in Organizing Files, ensuring a tidy and accessible filing system

• Skilled in Scanning, capable of digitizing documents efficiently
