Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, set up, configure, deploy and maintain workstations, printers, switches, peripherals and software packages

  • Provide phone, e-mail, remote, and in-person user support/help desk for company office users and remote users, creating and updating support tickets

  • Collaborate in problem-solving and troubleshooting with Systems Admin if necessary

  • There is potential for cross-training in the areas of Systems Admin and Network support

    Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT focused position is desired

  • Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ are desired

  • Experience working in Active Directory; familiarity with VMWare, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 is a plus

  • Experience troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and administrating Microsoft workstations connected to a domain

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and on a consistent basis

  • Possess excellent communication and client service skills, both written and oral, including the ability to create detailed technical documentation

  • Possess strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems

    Work Schedule

  • 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday in person office hours at our offices located in Garrett, Indiana.

  • Evening and weekend work time or process monitoring when necessary

  • Occasional travel to work at other company offices
